Property Title / Grant (Geran)

Document proving property ownership. If the title is still with the bank, request a certified copy.

Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P)

Current Loan Statement

Quit Rent Receipt (Cukai Tanah)

Proof of recent land tax payment to the land office.

Assessment/Cukai Taksiran Receipt

Proof of recent local council assessment tax payment.
